You should be aware that there are certain things that DealHa will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the Website and/or mobile application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but DealHa cannot take responsibility for the Website and/or mobile application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and/or do not have any of your data allowance left.
If you are using the Website and/or mobile application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Website and/or mobile application, or other third party charges. Community Guidelines
You must be at least 13 years of age in order to use our service. You are expected to follow proper code of conduct while using DealHa’s features such as Like and Comment and interacting with other users on the Website and/or mobile application. This includes but is not restricted to, being respectful towards all users, and refraining from posting content that is:
- Unlawful, abusive, harmful or harassive of any user
- Hateful or hurtful towards any group based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, etcetera
- Falsely represents/impersonates any person or entity
- False, deceptive or misleading (baiting)
- Including Personal or identifying information about another person/entity without that person/entity’s explicit consent
- Infringes any patent, trademark or proprietary rights of any party
- Including affiliate links or any unsolicited commercial advertisement
- Advertising any sale or service that is deemed unlawful by any applicable law in India or any of its Constituent States.
- Spam, Flood Attack, excessive content or anything that disrupts or negatively affects other users’ experience on the Website and/or mobile application
- Including any kind of unsafe links, software virus, malware, etcetera
