Planning a trip? You can control your watering schedule from anywhere using the HomGar app after setting up the smart water timer on your WiFi hub (2.4 GHz WiFi only). The WiFi water valve uses RFID technology to connect to the gateway, giving you a longer range (up to 196 feet) and a more stable signal than Bluetooth.

You can also use voice commands with Alexa and Google Assistant to control the WiFi sprinkler timer. Plus, you can set up to six different individual watering schedules.

There are two watering modes to choose from: Irrigation Mode for lawns and pools, and Mist Mode for misting systems and outdoor cooling. You can water daily, on specific days, or according to a custom schedule.

If you need to make changes to your schedule, you can manually start or stop watering without affecting your preset schedule. The Rain Delay mode also lets you put your schedule on hold for 24 to 72 hours to conserve water on rainy days.

The smart sprinkler timer is designed to be leak-proof, with reinforced nylon material that can withstand high water pressure (7.25 to 116 psi). Each timer comes with different sized sealing washers and thread seal tape to prevent leakage.

You can even share control of the WiFi garden hose controller with family members, so you can manage your irrigation needs together. Don't worry, shared users can't set up programs at the same time, so you won't accidentally water an area that someone else has already watered.
